An experienced and knowledgeable technology entrepreneur with a strong passion for people, culture and helping companies grow, Yacov develops a special trusted advisor relationship with customers.
Prior to Orion, Yacov founded Infinity Info Systems in 1987, a leader in ACT!, Sage Saleslogix CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and business intelligence software. Under his leadership, Infinity completed 3,500 successful CRM implementations - including transitions to Salesforce - over 30 global projects and trained 130,000 people before being sold in 2013. With extensive experience managing professional services teams in CRM and High Tech environments, Dan has a proven track record of maximizing customers' investments in technology. Customers most value Dan’s unique ability to understand their business and his passion to help them grow. Prior to Orion, Dan was the Managing Director of Professional Services at Infinity Info Systems, where he managed a portfolio of over 100 CRM Business Intelligence and Business Process Management projects. Jen is a veteran Cloud and CRM software implementation professional with over 18 years of project experience, implementing complex solutions for dozens of enterprise clients. Working with enterprise clients such as American Express, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Citrix Online, she has a proven track record of successful projects with high user adoption.
Jen holds multiple certifications in Salesforce (Admin, Sales Consultant and Service Consultant) and is also a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM). She is regarded in the Salesforce ecosystem as an experienced Cloud and CRM strategist, a highly skilled solution architect and a top notch project manager.
Diane brings over 25 years of B2B and B2C marketing expertise to our Salesforce marketing practice. She is a Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant and an astute marketing strategist, who works with clients to ensure that the Pardot marketing automation platform is implemented and optimized to align with marketing and sales objectives.
Prior to Orion, Diane worked for several years with Salesforce Gold Partner CoreMatrix Systems, as well as Bellcore and Telcordia Technologies, among others. She brings a unique combination of technical, analytical and creative abilities to each Orion Global Solutions client engagement.
Marissa brings to Orion a decade of professional sales and relationship management experience. She has a passion for working closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and to help provide customized solutions that bring lasting value.
Prior to joining Orion, Marissa worked in sales and business development in the healthcare industry, where she gained experience in manufacturing and distribution and leveraged the Salesforce platform to grow her business. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Marketing and International Business, and has completed numerous workshops and training seminars focused on consultative selling.
