Yacov Wrocherinsky

An experienced and knowledgeable technology entrepreneur with a strong passion for people, culture and helping companies grow, Yacov develops a special trusted advisor relationship with customers.

Prior to Orion, Yacov founded Infinity Info Systems in 1987, a leader in ACT!, Sage Saleslogix CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and business intelligence software. Under his leadership, Infinity completed 3,500 successful CRM implementations - including transitions to Salesforce - over 30 global projects and trained 130,000 people before being sold in 2013.

Peter Breglio

Peter started his career holding various positions in financial operations and financial planning & analysis. These experiences helped him understand the inner workings of the organization and more importantly the systems and processes being used. He spent several years supporting Information Technology and Operations teams, helping “tell” a financial story to non-financial professionals.      ​

He has led several admin and development teams responsible for managing and expanding operations for all internal support systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and Adaptive Planning. This involved the direct management of all aspects of these systems including day-to-day support, strategy, P&L, plans, processes, tools, technologies, resources, reporting, and related continuous improvement.

Eric Czerner

Eric has been in the IT consulting space for nearly 30 years, including the past 17 years focused on Salesforce and cloud technologies at top Salesforce implementation partners. He recently left NeuraFlash where he focused on scaling the business within Enterprise clients and building out the company’s Managed Services capabilities. Prior to that, he spent 13 years at Appirio, including five years following its acquisition by Wipro.

Over the course of his career, Eric has built and scaled high-performing teams, operationalized service offerings, and driven strategic business process and technology transformation, always with a people-first approach. He brings deep expertise in professional services automation from a business and technical perspective, including taking the first-ever PSA (now Certinia PSA) customer live and spending more than 5 years leading Delivery practices focused on professional services clients.

Ashley Birong

Ashley is an accomplished human resources and talent acquisition leader with more than two decades of experience building high-performing teams and driving organizational growth. Throughout her career, she has led people & talent strategies for technology-focused companies ranging from innovative start-ups to global enterprises, including Slalom, Rackspace, and EnablePath.

At Orion, Ashley oversees all aspects of human resources, talent acquisition, and people strategy, ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent across global markets. Ashley is passionate about fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture where employees can thrive. Ashley holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management and multiple professional certifications including her SHRM-CP.

Jeff Wilensky

An accomplished senior leader and strategic advisor with 20+ years of accelerating revenue growth by delivering transformative solutions and increased value for his clients.

As Managing Director, Jeff will tap into his experience building and scaling high-performance professional service teams to expand Orion’s impact and reach more clients.

Prior to joining Orion, Jeff worked with KPMG leading digital transformation engagements for Fortune 500 clients leveraging leading SaaS and ERP technologies. He was responsible for sales, solutioning, methodology, and managing certified delivery teams for multiple global clients.

In 2015, Jeff transitioned from KPMG to become a Partner and founder of RelationEdge, a Salesforce focused consultancy. Jeff held a pivotal role in the executive leadership team, where he was tasked with propelling the organization's growth to reach $30 million in revenue, a workforce of over 160 employees, and successfully guiding through acquisition by Rackspace.

Brittany is a delivery leader with more than 14 years of experience leading complex, enterprise-scale projects across a variety of industries and technologies. With over 6 years in the Salesforce ecosystem, she specializes in delivering innovative, scalable solutions that drive business outcomes and enhance customer experiences.

Her expertise includes managing multi-cloud Salesforce engagements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, Experience Cloud, Pardot, Digital Engagement, Tableau CRM, and related platforms. Brittany is experienced in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and is known for her strong leadership, collaboration, and ability to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

In his role, Kunal leads delivery teams across complex engagements, ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes for clients. Vicki Gonzalez

Vicki serves as Orion’s Manager, People & Culture and has over 15 years of administrative experience in Office Management and Human Resources.  She assists in the development and implementation of Orion’s policies and procedures; manages and oversees the administration of HR policies within the company. She excels in the areas of employee relations, HR administration, assessments, on-boarding, and staff management. Prior to joining Orion, Vicki worked as a HR Business Partner for a staffing firm in NYC.
